Nina is a nationally registered psychologist with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Western Sydney University. In addition to private practice experience, Nina has worked as a school psychologist for the NSW Department of Education.

Nina provides a safe, nonjudgmental therapy space for her clients. She promotes a collaborative and open-minded approach paired with her compassionate and professional nature to ensure the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Nina takes a client-centred approach to therapy and draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic styles, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to create a personalised therapy plan suitable for the client’s individual needs.

Nina can provide services to people aged 5+, working with parents, families, and other health professionals where required.

Nina is fluent in Assyrian & English.

What issues can a psychologist at Intentional Psychology help me with?

Our psychologists are skilled in addressing a broad range of mental health challenges. From everyday stresses to more complex behavioural impacts and challenging experiences, we support every facet of life in contemporary life, helping you find meaning and shift your perspectives on life.

What sets Intentional Psychology apart in dealing with behavioural impacts and difficult experiences?

Our approach is holistic, considering every aspect of your life. We believe in the power of understanding the individual’s distinct story and circumstances, which allows us to tailor our interventions for maximum effectiveness in addressing various behavioural impacts and challenging experiences.

What are the fees for therapy?

The APS recommended fee for psychological services is $300 per 50 minute session. Our fees are below the recommended fee and are set at $220 per session. You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $93.35 per session if you are referred by your General Practitioner (GP) under the Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

What is the cancellation policy?

We require a minimum 48 hours’ notice of cancellations. Anything less than this will incur a cancellation fee.
